International film festival which will take place in Saranda and Gjirokastra.
During the Festival will be organized some Workshops. Their goals are getting to know the news of the cinema in terms of technology, managing and the policies of the films. This session will take place at the Film-Forum.

A jury of five members will accord the following awards.

-Best Camera
-Best Montage
A jury of three members will accord the following awards for the short film session:
-Best Short movie
-Best Director
-Best Idea
-Deby film
-Best Documentary
-Best Experimental

-The Media Award for the Fiction and the Short Film Session

-The URA communication Award (Cross Border)
Rules
- The films that will be selected will be fiction and short movies produced by the January 2017.
- Screening Media Type: The fiction movies should be in DCP format or Blu Ray. While for the short movies the analog format is an option.
- Student Fee: Free
