The festival aims are:

• To identify and promote talented directors and actors from the Russia, giving them the opportunity to reach a high professional level.
• To promote the desire of directors to make films for a wide audience, where public attention is drawn to the issues of cultural development, preservation of cultural and historical heritage.

Rules

• Films should reflect the life of the population and the cultural life of the Russian hinterland.
• To participate in competition, film should be completed after January, 1, 2019.
