Reality Bytes is a yearly festival sponsored by Northern Illinois University’s Department of Communication. It is designed to allow college and graduate students to competitively screen their films!

We invite high school students to compete in our high school category.

Awards

• Best Short Story Fiction Winning Entry – $300,
• Best Documentary Winning Entry – $300,
• High School Short Film Winning Entry- $100.

Rules

• Shorts: maximum 30 minutes.
• Projects completed after April 1, 2021
• Submit via Filmfreeway system.
• Subtitles language: English
